Staff with elongated male head finial with headring. The eyes are two metal disks. The tip of the staff is an ovoid knob that has grooved lines carved over its surface.

Staff with male head with headring as finial. The headring is tall with the ring around the top rim. The eyes appear to be downcast, the mouth is slightly open and teeth can be seen. It has hair that is indicated through grooved lines carved over the surface of the head.

Staff surmounted with standing woman with chicken on her head. Both face the same way. She stands on a widened section at the top of the shaft that has parallel grooved lines at a slant carved around it. She has no feet and wears a skirt and has a cylindrical top knot.. He belly is swollen as if pregnant. Her hands are held behind her back.

Staff with standing woman as finial. She has a conical hairstyle and wears a skirt. A baby clings to her back with its arms and legs grasping around the mother's body and its head turned to the right. The mother has slender arms held tightly to her sides. She has no feet and her lower legs end in the top of the staff shaft.

Staff with standing female figure as finial. She has very short arms held at her sides with spatula-like fingers. She wears a neck ornament and a front pubic covering with waist band all decorated with grooved crosshatch designs. Her hair is a series of parallel deep grooves running front to back. She stands on the top of the staff with her feet overlapping slightly. Just below her feet is an ovoid bulge that is carved with parallel grooved lines coiling around the staff.

Staff with a seated woman as finial. She has white seed bead eyes, wears a straight skirt and appears to be seated on the top of the shaft with her tiny legs hanging down in front. Her arms are bent at the elbow and hands held in front against her torso.

Staff with hemispherical finial and with a female figure emerging from the shaft in the central region. Her torso is the shaft itself. Her head and breasts jut out and below two legs with feet do so as well. Toes are broken off her right foot and half the left foot is missing. Her eyes are small white seed beads. Linear engraved designs embellish the figure

Armless figure with very elongated legs stands atop two shafts that are extensions of his legs. Eyes are blue seed beads with a pin in centre. She has very flat drooping breast faintly visible on chest.The shafts have a twisted barley-sugar design down most of their length but are cross hatched for the last 1/5 of their length as well as in short bands under his feet. There is a crack in the wood running up the torso from the groin region.

Staff with standing female figure as finial. She has her arms to her sides with hands held flat against either side of the belly. She appears to wear a skirt. From the point that the skirt ends the shaft of the staff begins.

Beaded staff with 3 beaded rings and a strand of beads at the top and a round beaded finial. It has geometric patterns up its shaft and on the finial.

Staff with standing male figure as finial. He holds his arms tightly and stiffly at this sides and hes feet rest on the top of the rest of the shaft. He has thick trunk-like legs and genitalia are visible. A faint waist band is visible.

Staff with standing figure as finial. His arms are held down and bent at the elbows so that the hands rest flat on the belly area. There are no feet and the legs have a pronounced gap between then. The figure stands directly on the top of the shaft. It has very large round flat ears

Anthropomorphic abstracted angled head as finial. Head wears hood-like covering with a flared top. The shaft is slightly curved at the top and unembellished except for a section that is raised from the rest of the shaft and flat in front- it bulges out behind in a flat hemisphere (possibly indicating buttocks) and continues down the shaft past midway where it narrows to become the shaft once again.

Staff with standing abstracted human figure as finial. Only head. Torso and arms are present - the rest of the body becomes the shaft. Face is concave ovoid with white seed beads as eyes. The shaft is embellished down approximately a quarter of its length with engraved lines in criss-cross diamond pattern with horizontal lines inbetween.

Staff with simian head as finial and a seated simian projecting out approximately halfway down the staff and facing at 45 degrees to the head on top. It sits on a small platform with folded up legs and hands on ground in front.

Staff with standing baboon as its finial. Baboon stands on an elongated ovoid base that is at the top of the shaft.

Staff with a human head with a small figure at the back holding onto the top of the head with its feet standing on 'shoulders'. Body of figure is an abstracted shape that appears to be two 'legs' only with small 'feet' from which the single shaft of the staff emerges. The 'legs' have a long opening between them that is wider at the top and narrows to a sharp 'V'.

Shaft with two 'janus-heads' facing away from each other as finial. They wear a single shared headring and have truncated cones projecting from their mouths. The shaft is embellished with two bands of twisted, grooves linear designs around its shaft in the upper half.

Staff with pointed arrow-like shape at one end and an anthropomorphic form at the finial. Except for a small point at the end and the figure at the top, the staff is covered in beadwork with geometric designs. The figure wears a neckring and a beaded collar.

Shaft with hollow figure of 8 as its finial topped with two truncated cones/ Just below the finial are a series of small conical bumps projecting from the shaft.

Staff with an ovoid finial with truncated ends. It has four small feet on one side of the finial. There are two raised panel of amasumpa/bumps - one smaller that the other wrapped around the finial. Half of the upper section of the shaft has a twisted design

Staff with snuff box finial. Snuff box connected to the top of the shaft with two' links' - the snuff box has a ovoid hollow end which threads through a similar one at the end of the staff - as in a chain link.

Staff with three 'chain' links at the end carved in wood. Top of staff flares slightly narrowing to two raised ridges that encircle the shaft. A narrow metal band encircles the shaft above this. The shaft then bulges out for a short distance ending in two projecting flat circular horizontal rings. Between the two raised areas the shaft has two abstracted heads outlined at the widest part of the bulg and the words 'CHEF, MAHOUNDI' engraved vertically between these two motifs.
